2Ring IPPS (IP Phone Services) provides reliable and advanced communication for your staff, no matter where they are working, with a full suite of features. It will help:

With its almost unlimited support for transformation rules, IPPS provides means for the automatic synchronization with almost any source of contact data: LDAP (MS Active Directory, OpenLDAP, DC directories on CUCM), MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, and many others.

Personal Address Book
Create an unlimited number of personal directories secured by PIN and share them with designated co-workers. Once created, they can be used as departmental directories for fast access to a group of individuals.

Personal Synchronization
MS Outlook contacts stored on MS Exchange, Gmail contacts, or shared by your friends on Facebook.

Caller Identification (CLIP/CLID)

IntelliSearch
Speed up contact searches on IP phones. Just hitting a phone key once immediately associates the directory search with all the letters under the key. All that is left is to pick up the receiver and the number will be dialed.

Text Messages
Send messages among internal IP phones and even text to cell phones.

Integration with Door Phones
